A rage room — also called a smash room or wreck room — is a safe, supervised space where you can legally destroy items like glass, electronics, and furniture for fun and stress relief. You gear up in protective equipment, pick your weapon, and smash everything in sight. Staff handles all the cleanup.
Book your session online, sign your waiver in advance or on arrival, arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in, gear up in our backstage area, pick your playlist, grab your weapon, and smash everything in sight.

At Wreck N’ Roll guests ages 8 and up are welcome. Younger participants must be able to fit adult safety gear and wear long sleeves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes. There’s no upper age limit — we’ve had guests of all ages have an absolute blast.
Closed-toe shoes are required. If you choose not to wear our provided coverall, wear long sleeves and long pants.
We provide coveralls, helmets, face shields, safety goggles, and gloves. Shoe covers and earplugs are optional. Dress to destroy.
Yes, we do, but only on weekends. We strongly recommend booking in advance, especially on Saturdays, as sessions often fill up quickly and walk-in availability can be limited during busy hours. You can reserve a spot on our booking page.
Smash sessions at Wreck N’ Roll last up to 20 minutes of active smash time. Check-in and gear-up are not included in that time, so plan to be here for around 45 minutes total. Extra time may be available —just ask our staff when you arrive.

Yes — blunt objects are welcome. No sharp weapons, no firearms, nothing hazardous. When in doubt bring it in and ask our staff at check-in — they’ll let you know if it’s good to go.
